Ursulasam Ventures is a reputable distributor for Unilever and strongly emerging as a distributive force in the fast consumer moving goods industry. Our vision is to be a key factor in distributive business in Africa.
Ursulasam ventures was established on the 23rd April 2015. The name Ursulasam was derived from the first names of owners (married couple) Sampson and Ursulamary to give birth to Ursulasam ventures. The business governance is chaired by CEO Engr Sampson Asomugha,
MD is Mrs Ursulamary Ngozi Asomugha.
On the board of Directors are Mrs Sandra Chinenye Nwoke nee Asomugha, MissTobechukwu Obianuju Asomugha (Company Secretary) and Miss Collette Chinonso Asomugha.(Director)
The board was structured to drive organisational excellence.
